
Yousef Ghandour PT, DPT, MOMT, FAAOMPT
Yousef Ghandour, PT, DPT, MOMT, FAAOMPT, is the clinic director at Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) Physical Therapy. Following his graduation from CSU, Long Beach, Yousef pursued advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy Residency and received Masters of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (MOMT) 1991, from the Ola Grimsby Institute in San Diego, CA. He completed additional two years of part-II fellowship program and became a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). In 2021, he received his Doctoral degree, summa cum laude, in Physical Therapy with emphasis on executive leadership from the University of St. Augustine. He is Certified in SEAS – Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis, Italian approach to Scoliosis management. He became Associate Fellow – Scoliosis Research Society 2019.
Dr. Ghandour is a faculty member at the University of St. Augustine since January 2017. Additionally, he is a voluntary adjunct faculty/ lecturer at SDSU Physical Therapy program. He is an invited speaker to state and national Physical Therapy organizations. Dr. Ghandour lectures extensively in orthopedics with a special interest in spinal care, sports medicine, and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. Dr. Ghandour is a member of several physical therapy organizations that includes the American Physical Therapy Association; The California State Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic Section of the APTA; the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists; and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT), AF Scoliosis Research Society. Dr. Ghandour is the President of the House of Palestine and serves as a Vice-President on Physical Therapy for All, and advisory board on NAAMA – National Arab American Medical Association.
Dr. Ghandour consults with orthopedic manufacturing companies Mainstay – Medical; Allay Therapeutics; Cardon Rehabilitation) to help bridge the technology with the rehabilitation world, especially Physical Therapy and pain management.
